There are many different fashion photography styles. In this article, I’ll share with you one of my favorite ones: portraiture. Many fashion photography students don’t understand this style until they start looking at photographs Portraiture shots.

Portrait photography can be a very fun and exciting way to shoot photos. It’s easy to see why many professional models and/or celebrities choose to use this style. Portraits look very natural and soft, and they’re easy to get very candid shots of. Portraiture is best used when the subjects are at ease with the photographer and relaxed in the studio. For many models, it’s best to have their hair down and relaxed while they are posing.
